Types of Fabric
The choice of cloth shapes the character of what is made. Weight, texture, and composition determine how a piece drapes, breathes, and settles over time. Cloth is selected at our atelier with attention to season, occasion, and the preferences of the wearer, drawn from mills whose material integrity is not a variable.

Tailoring Fabrics
Our suiting cloths are sourced from Scabal, Zegna, Dormeuil, Holland & Sherry, and Hardy Minns, mills whose wool has long been trusted in fine tailoring for the way it drapes, breathes, and settles with wear. Qualities range from Super 110s to 180s, each offering a different balance of structure, softness, and fineness of handle.
For cooler months: cashmere from Scabal and Zegna, flannel and Harris Tweed from Hardy Minns. For warmer conditions: Irish linen, wool-silk-linen blends, and fine cotton. For traditional Indian garments: Eri silk, Mulberry silk, and Chanderi, chosen for their richness and their behaviour through formal and festive occasions.
